Newsletter: Trying To Climb A Mountain? Look At Your Feet 🧗🏽‍♀️

Published almost 2 years ago • 1 min read

Hey Reader,

Bonjour, ça va?

Here with a little suttin suttin to motivate, lift your spirits and have you ready to take on the day.

Today I thought I’d share some advice I found on the web:

“If we want to climb a mountain, looking at the mountain can get overwhelming. How am I going to climb that!? It helps to take it one step at a time.

Our inner work happens just that way: one step at a time. One step is manageable. Continued consistently, it will get us to the top of the mountain.

My advice? When you see "the mountain", remind yourself to look at your feet. Then, take one step. Reflect. Repeat.”

So, what’s your mountain? Get in touch, let's take it step by step together, you don't have to do it alone.
