Howdy Folks,

Nim here with a care package to get you through the day, week, or year.

Here’s a tip on how to manage those dreaded feelings of frustration caused by to-do list overload.

  1. Grab a pen and paper and jot down all your thoughts. Write down EVERY single thing on your mind and what you need to do. I also like to add my thoughts on the task, how important it is, whether I really want to do it and whether I really need to do it. (I do this to hype myself up and lowkey make myself do the work)
  2. Prioritize the tasks by urgency and importance
  3. You can cross off the ones you can’t do alone, the ones you lowkey know you’ll never do, and the ones that depend on something else. Dump it all and forget about them (for now)
  4. Take a deep breath and start working on the tasks you have left.

Have a good day lovelies, Ta!
